Mac OS, upgrade to Ruby 1.8.5

Ruby 1.8.5

If you’re a Mac OS user into Ruby and haven’t done so already, go grab yourself a copy of Ruby 1.8.5.

Unpack and…

cd ruby-1.8.5

sudo make install-all

… and that’s it. Killer.

    You might want to hold off on upgrading to 1.8.5 if you are using Rails. See http://eigenclass.org/hiki.rb?ruby+1.8.5+changelog
